Regan Savage, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, Southern Cross Health Society
Regan is the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Southern Cross Health Society, having previously led our Marketing & Engagement function.
Prior to Southern Cross, he led the Unite Against COVID-19 campaign within the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and held senior roles at Trade Me (including Chief Customer Officer), as well as GM Marketing at Kiwibank. Earlier in his career, he held marketing leadership roles at ANZ and spent six years in London working for HSBC.
Regan is a Director of Southern Cross' telehealth joint venture CareHQ and is also a Trustee and Board member of Ngā Manu Nature Reserve, focused on conservation and education, and previously served on the Board of the New Zealand Marketing Association.

Cath Lomax, Chief People and Strategy Officer, Southern Cross Health Society
Cath oversees strategy, strategic delivery, leadership and culture, and the overall people experience including Health and Safety. Prior to this role she was the Chief Client Officer at Fisher Funds overseeing advisers and customer services nationwide.

Cath is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors and a board member for Carlaw Heritage Trust. Graduating from the Global Women Breakthrough Leaders program in 2018, Cath, now a Global Women member, is committed to driving positive change for women and girls, focusing on mentorship and promoting women into leadership roles, to create a more prosperous New Zealand.

With more than 25 years’ experience driving performance across complex, multi-stakeholder organisations, Don's career spans corporate, cooperative, and franchise environments, including leadership roles with Foodstuffs, Fonterra, and Yum! brands.

Dom specialises in business and digital transformation, data-led growth, and disciplined commercial delivery - aligning boards, owners, franchisees, and operating partners to achieve strong commercial outcomes. He is known for stepping into organisations at pivotal moments of change, accelerating growth through enterprise-wide strategies, rebuilding commercial functions, and reinvigorating product and brand experiences.

Dr Denise Quinlan, MAPP, PhD - Director of the New Zealand Institute of Wellbeing & Resilience
Dr Quinlan is a co-founder and Director of the New Zealand Institute of Wellbeing and Resilience. She works with organisations throughout New Zealand and lectures internationally on Positive Psychology. Co-author of The Educators' Guide to Whole-School Wellbeing.
She contributes to the development of wellbeing in education and the workplace through her research, programme development and face-to-face consulting and training. Dr Quinlan was part of our inaugural Executive Judging Panel, and we’re delighted to have her return to judge the 2026 awards.

Melanie Beirne (Ngāi Tahu), Entrepreneur, leader, facilitator, coach and Māmā
Melanie is the Founder of Women Step Forward (Wāhine Mā Rere Ki Runga), a platform designed to empower and equip women with the expertise to become high-performing leaders. A champion of gender balance and inclusive leadership, Melanie has over 23 years of leadership experience and is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, building high-performing leaders and teams.
